ABOUT
Chelsea Lombardo
Owner, LMT, MSW
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Masters in Social Work. I understand that life stressors often get in the way of self-care.
As a Massage Therapist, I hope to inspire wellness and growth. My goal is to create a safe and comforting space to allow you to de-stress and relax. I also aim to promote a pain free lifestyle by therapeutically addressing muscle tension and soreness while optimizing sessions for each client.
At Ebb & Flow, I offer a wide range of services from Ashiatsu to Cupping, while simultaneously incorporating my own intuitive approach.
I look forward to meeting you on your journey to relaxation and wellness!
Tracey Brauksieck
LMT
Tracey has practiced massage therapy for 17 years. She graduated from Penn State in 2008 with a BS in Agricultural Science and a minor in Wildlife and Fisheries Science. During her time at Penn State, she was a member of the Varsity Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track and Field teams.
After experiencing injuries throughout her running career, Tracey became interested in the healing power of massage therapy. While modern medicine recommended only pain medication and rest, she knew there was an alternate path for healing and rehabilitation with the help of massage therapy. With this experience, Tracey holds an interest in helping athletes with recovery and injury prevention.
Throughout the years Tracey has incorporated a more holistic approach to healing with the use of many modalities including Reiki, Cupping, Hot Stones, Swedish, and Deep Tissue Massage.
Inside Ebb & Flow
Ebb & Flow Massage Therapy is located in the heart of Fishers within a historic remodeled building, The Old Schoolhouse. There are three suites within the building: you can find Ebb & Flow through the second door on the right.
A comforting, cozy and clean setting awaits you to feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Water and a selection of teas will be available for you before and after your session.
After your massage you can enjoy a light walk across the street in Fishers Park, where you can see a variety of wildlife and beautiful wildflowers along the trail. Walking and light stretching can also improve movement and help relieve any pain or soreness you may feel after a massage!
